Help shape the fan experience and drive ticket and retail revenue with the Winnipeg Football Club through data-driven email campaigns and marketing automation.

Join one of Canada's most iconic sports brands—the Winnipeg Blue Bombers. We're looking for a results-driven, tech-savvy email marketing and CRM manager to lead our digital fan engagement efforts and ecommerce growth across Blue Bombers, Valour FC, and Princess Auto Stadium events.

What you'll do:

• Own our email marketing and CRM strategy from planning through reporting
• Build segmented campaigns and automated journeys that engage fans and drive sales
• Design lifecycle campaigns including welcome series, drip campaigns, win-backs, and game-day alerts
• Boost ecommerce performance with triggered campaigns like abandoned cart and new product alerts
• Analyze KPIs and continuously test and refine campaign content and cadence
• Ensure compliance with CASL and all applicable privacy standards
• Collaborate with teams across ticketing, partnerships, retail, IT, and creative to align campaigns with fan experience goals

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in email marketing and marketing automation in sports, ecommerce, or a B2C environment
• Proficiency in platforms like Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or similar
• Familiarity with CRM segmentation and ecommerce tools such as Shopify or Lightspeed
• Strong writing and editing skills, particularly in subject lines and call-to-action messaging
• Experience with campaign analytics and dashboards like Google Analytics
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and collaborative
• Willing and able to work non-traditional hours (some weekends, evenings, and holidays)
