This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to build relationships with donors and sponsors. The Fundraiser will work closely with various departments to ensure fundraising goals are met. Duties

• Represent our organization in a positive and professional manner in public spaces.
• Engage with potential donors in meaningful conversations to build support and inspire regular giving.
• Work as part of a dynamic team to achieve daily and weekly fundraising targets.
• Participate in training and team meetings to stay informed about campaign goals and messaging.
• Share stories, experiences, and information that connect donors to the mission they're supporting.
• Cultivate relationships with current and prospective donors through effective communication and engagement strategies.
• Monitor fundraising progress and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all fundraising activities and donor interactions.

Requirements
