Alstar Group of Companies Ltd. is seeking an experienced Fabrication Foreman who is driven, passionate about their work, and excels in leading large teams in a fast-paced fabrication environment.

This is a contractor position.

What We're Looking For From You - If This Describes You, We'd Love to Meet!

• 3+ years of leadership and supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of pipe schedules, fittings, and fabrication flow
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to see and manage the flow of fabrication from start to finish
• Demonstrated drive and a genuine desire to work and lead by example
• Journeyman Welder with B Pressure ticket or Pipefitter ticket required
• Rig welder experience is beneficial

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 40+ people
• Understand and interpret Fabrication drawings
• Oversee daily workflow and ensure efficient project progress
• Assign tasks, monitor quality, and maintain safety standards
• Communicate effectively with management, crew, and other departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment
• Ensure proper use of pipe schedules and fittings
• Promote a positive work culture and high morale
