We are hiring our first Deal Desk Coordinator to build and support this function from the ground up. This is a highly autonomous and strategic role and the successful applicant will play a critical role in accelerating deal velocity for both new and existing business, improving contract execution workflows, and ensuring we maintain commercial compliance across all deals.

As the operational connector between Sales, CS, Legal, Finance, and RevOps, you'll help enforce pricing policies, streamline approvals, and support the efficient closure of complex enterprise deals.
What You'll Do

  • Build & Own the Deal Desk Function: Design and implement scalable processes to manage deal review, approvals, and quote-to-contract workflows.
  • Assist the Sales and CS teams with deal structuring, quoting, and approvals to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
  • Evaluate and review of all contracts for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to our policies
  • Perform a first-pass review of MSAs, SOWs, and basic contract terms to identify non-standard language and escalate to Legal as necessary.
  • Coordinate with procurement teams to help bring late stage deals over the finish line.
  • Ensure internal deal approval processes are followed, documenting approvals and highlighting deviations.
  • Support consistent application of pricing, discounting, and legal guardrails across all deals.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Legal, Finance, and RevOps to ensure deal velocity and policy compliance.
  • Identify gaps, reduce deal friction, and continuously improve turnaround time across deal approvals and contract execution.
  • Seek out ways to make our policies and processes more efficient.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years experience in a Deal Desk, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Commercial Operations role—ideally within a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
  • Degree and/or Professional designation (in Legal, Finance) an advantage.
  • Experience in reviewing legal agreements including SaaS contracts such as MSAs and SOWs.
  • Experience in dealing with cross-functional deal/contract management across Sales, Finance and Legal
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce (or a similar CRM) and familiarity with CPQ tools a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, operational rigor, and a proactive approach to solving problems.
  • Effective communicator with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Process-minded with a knack for simplifying the complex and building scalable systems.
