Total Life is on a mission to transform mental health for older adults across North
America. As the nation's leading teletherapy platform for aging well, we've already
served tens of thousands of sessions and been named Best in Business by Inc.
Magazine. We're growing fast — and we're looking for someone exceptional to grow
with us.
The RoleWe're looking for a Corporate Controller to lead our accounting, finance & business
performance strategy. The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic professional who is
passionate about our mission and ready to roll up their sleeves to help build a world-
class company. This is not your average finance role — you'll be embedded in the
heartbeat of the business, working cross-functionally with the CEO, operations, product,
and growth to drive smarter decisions, manage multiple entities, and lay the financial
foundation for scale.
You'll own and evolve everything from accounting and tax filings to forecasting and
financial storytelling. You'll get real equity, real responsibility, and a real shot at growing
into an executive leadership role as we scale.
What You'll DoManage the monthly close, designing processes, controls, systems, and related
documentation
Oversee tax compliance and statutory filings across multiple Canadian and US
entities
Own financial reporting, forecasting, and board/investor reporting
Build and maintain models in Excel and dashboards in Power BI
Oversee budgeting, cash flow management, and scenario planning
