POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Management Applications Engineer is responsible for managing and supporting financial business applications and electric vehicle charger reliability performance programs designed to ensure optimal charger performance, strategic growth and improve customer experience. This includes framing and ensuring seamless integration and performance of programs. In addition to monitoring system performance, the specialist will provide support, manage updates and enhancements as well as ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements. The specialist will play a key role in optimizing current and future programs, improve efficiency, and support continuous business growth.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Provide support for all ongoing implementations, integrations, and management of the electric vehicle charger reliability performance program. Ensure seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
- Participate in framing out, managing and monitoring Preventive Maintenance, Service Level Agreements and Warranty Programs within the Infrastructure team
- Support, execute and monitor current and future strategies that align with post commissioning strategic growth and customer experience improvements such as but not limited to preventive maintenance and service level agreement proposals
- Monitor and support the charger rental agreement program and support strategies to expand its future growth
- Prepare and distribute customer performance reports with a future focus in automation and improving customer experience
- Support the Sales Manager by preparing price analysis and price files for all programs offered under the charger reliability team
- Support the ongoing monitoring, analysis and preparation of charger reliability dashboard and charger performance score cards
- Support the monitoring analysis and preparation of charger related FSARs, field issues and working with the charger reliability team and project managers to incorporate lessons learned during the project execution phase
- Align and monitor charger performance and reliability deliverables with financial milestones on all applicable projects to ensure flawless execution and renumeration
- Manage, monitor, and track department's financial performance of new programs, and all other infrastructure projects with all keen focus on monitoring cashflow against project budgets and project milestones
- Prepare, update and report on monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial forecast and actuals.
Work with I.T, developers and other stakeholder within the organization as required to meet outcomes - Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business obstacles and root causes; analyze, develop solution alternatives, and identify anticipated benefits to execute on all deliverables
- Participate in maintaining procedural standards and best practices, maintaining, and updating the necessary system design documentation for all developed programs and applications
- Direct or participate in the development, coordination, and delivery of end user training where applicable
- Prepare business case including measuring and communicating proposed project benefits for a newly established business and programs
- Perform business and program analysis functions. including identifying patterns and problem solving with an aim to continuous improvement, automation, and growth
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Finance, Information Technology, or Computer Science
- Experience with Programming & Statistical Tools including Python, data visualization, and advanced use of MS Excel
- Profiency in data analytics including data collection, cleaning, analysis, and interpretation
- Experience in ERP Systems, Oracle and Power BI
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Proven ability to communicate both written and oral, including strong reporting abilities
