The Opportunity:
We're looking for motivated, forward-thinking individuals to join us as Smart Property Sales Specialists. This is a ground-floor opportunity to grow alongside a company that's redefining smart buildings. You'll be at the forefront of promoting our SenseCore Smart Building Solutions, which combine intelligent hardware and intuitive software to protect properties, reduce utility costs, and support sustainability initiatives.
What You'll Do:
- Represent SenseCore and promote our smart building solutions to property owners, managers, and developers
- Learn and understand the features and benefits of our IoT hardware (flow meters, leak detectors, shut-off valves, etc.) and our Control Suite software
- Educate clients on how smart property solutions contribute to sustainability plans and long-term cost savings
- Generate leads, build relationships, and close sales
- Attend virtual team meetings and receive ongoing product training and support
- Earn a commission on every hardware product sold
What We're Looking For:
- A passion for smart technology and sustainable solutions
- Sales or customer-facing experience is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Willingness to learn and grow with a startup
Compensation:
This is a commission-only role with generous commission percentages on all hardware sales. As the company grows, additional opportunities and incentives will become available.
