The Opportunity:

As Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of thier dynamic organization. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive operational excellence, optimize processes, and fuel our continued expansion in a thriving real estate market.

Your Impact:

  • Strategic Leadership: Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to develop and execute strategic plans that propel our company forward.
  • Growth Catalyst: Partner with the executive team to design and implement a strategic growth plan, expanding our market presence, increasing sales and listings, and optimizing our property management portfolio.
  • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage data analytics and financial modeling to identify growth opportunities, optimize resource allocation, and drive informed decisions across all facets of the business.
  • Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures and systems that enhance productivity, streamline processes, and elevate customer service to new heights.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to drive continuous improvement.
  • Financial Stewardship: Manage budgetary planning and financial performance, ensuring alignment with financial goals and profitability targets.

Requirements

    • Proven Leadership: 10+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, demonstrating a track record of success in leading and scaling operations in a high-growth environment.
    • Strategic Vision: Strong business acumen and proficiency in data analysis tools, financial modeling, and spreadsheets.
    • Innovative Problem Solver: Ability to think strategically, anticipate market trends, and develop creative solutions to complex challenges.
    • Exceptional Communicator: Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Client-Focused: Passionate about delivering exceptional client experiences and building long-term relationships.
    • Collaborative Mindset: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
    • Adaptable: Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adeptly navigate changing priorities.
    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (required). Master's degree in a relevant field (preferred).
    • Travel: Willingness to travel to our Okanagan office every 2 to 4 weeks for essential meetings and collaboration.
