About the role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Revenue & Operations Analyst to support our go to market and operations teams. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing revenue streams, identifying areas for improvement, and optimizing operational processes to drive efficiency.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who will have access to key decision makers within the organization and will have the opportunity to see how decisions are made. We are looking for more than just data analysis, but someone who can use data to tell stories that can drive meaningful outcomes.
As our first Revenue & Operations analyst, you will have the opportunity to contribute at the foundational level on how we work with data cross functionally. You will identify, develop, and deploy new business processes and support the setup of KPI-oriented / data-based reports and analysis for all levels of management. Responsibilities:
- Analyze large data sets to gain insights and identify trends to support strategic decision-making.
- Create BI Dashboards for each department and maintain, analyze and provide insights on the data from them.
- Maintain these reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Assist department leads with the implementation of new software and the transfer of data between software platforms and databases.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
- Support all Revenue-Operations activities including creating reports in Hubspot and providing insights to leadership.
- Assist in the preparation of data for on-sites and key company meetings.
- Support in capacity planning for department requirements.
- Implement data collection and management strategies to optimize operations.
- Support end-users to understand their system reporting capabilities, available data, and any report/analysis produced
- Drive transformative change
- Explore new sources of data; communicate and present insight opportunities to business teams across the organization

Qualifications:
- Educational background in Mathematics, Business or Data Science
- 2+ years of experience in similar role, preferably in high-growth SaaS environment
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data
- Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools, ideally PowerBI.
- Experience with Hubspot a strong asset
- Knowledge of REST APIs and webhooks
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
