We are currently seeking a Head of Fintech Partnerships based in Toronto, Canada. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our company's fintech partnership strategy and fostering collaborative relationships with key fintech players in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive fintech partnership strategy to identify and onboard strategic fintech partners.
  • Research and evaluate potential fintech partners, staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Lead negotiations and contract discussions with fintech partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreement terms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate fintech solutions into our existing products and services.
  • Manage ongoing relationships with fintech partners, ensuring high levels of partner satisfaction and continuous collaboration.
  • Monitor fintech market developments and competitor activities to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Develop and present business cases for potential fintech partnerships, highlighting value and potential ROI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing partnerships in the fintech industry.
  • Strong knowledge of fintech trends, emerging technologies, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the ability to forge and maintain strong relationships.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Experience in market research and analysis.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.
