Massive Insights (MI), a leading provider of data, analytics, and AI solutions, is seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Strategy Consultant. As a Senior Strategy Consultant, you will be responsible for providing strategic insights, advising clients, and developing customized solutions to meet their unique business needs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams of subject matter experts to deliver exceptional results and drive customer growth. Acting as a key point of contact and strategic advisor, you will understand their business almost as well as they do, fostering trust and confidence in your ability to help chart the course for them and their business.

Responsibilities
    • Consult and collaborate with clients to deeply understand their business objectives and critical challenges, particularly as they relate to their data infrastructure, analytics, and decision support requirements.
    • Effectively communicate client pain points and requirements to internal stakeholders, facilitating account onboarding and enabling meaningful technical solution exploration by SMEs.
    • Ensure successful and seamless new client onboarding and oversee project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed client expectations.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high satisfaction, create influence, and drive long-term business.
    • Engineer opportunities to continuously engage meaningfully with clients in an advisory capacity, uncovering new opportunities to add value, offer potential solutions, and partner more deeply.
    • Lead strategy and planning with a view to driving incremental client value and growth.
    • Conduct deep research and stay up-to-date with client's industry trends and best practices. Communicate key insights to improve client interactions and outcomes.
    • Provide continuous feedback to internal teams on how our offerings can be evolved to better meet the needs of our clients.
    • Bring best practices and set the benchmark for what good looks like. Direct, mentor, and coach other team members to achieve and exceed strategic goals.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field such as Business, Computer Science, or Engineering.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressively senior consulting and/or client services roles.
    • Demonstrated ability to grow and expand client relationships to generate incremental and sustained revenue.
    • Exceptional at relationship management, with a knack for understanding client needs and fostering loyalty.
    • Understands data analytics to communicate client needs with technical teams effectively. Proficient in translating client requirements into solution designs.
    • Significant experience in data and analytics solution-selling within professional services environments, particularly with large or boutique consulting firms.
    • Experience in overseeing data & analytics projects to ensure deliverables meet client expectations. Exposure to cloud data platforms/technologies such as GCP, Azure, AWS, Snowflake, and Databricks. Certifications are an asset.
    • Working knowledge of data analysis tools and techniques, including familiarity with data analytics and visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI. Certifications are an asset.
    • Excellent communication, presentation and persuasion skills, particularly when interacting with executive and C-suite level stakeholders.
    • Vertical experience in one or all of: Retail, CPG and Financial Services is required. Client-side experience is a plus.
    • Ability to adeptly navigate challenging situations and 'unblock' opportunities to achieve desired outcomes.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple competing clients and projects simultaneously.
