The Role

As the receptionist, you will be reporting to the Customer Service Team Lead. In this role you will be creating our customers' first impression. As the very first point of contact for our customers either in person, or on the phone, your ability to create a positive experience is essential and comes naturally to you!

What you will be doing

· Creating a positive and long-lasting first impression to new and existing customers (both over the phone and in person)

• Answering customer calls and delivering & transferring messages to the appropriate person in a timely manner
• Directing store traffic to the appropriate department or team member(s)
• General administrative duties as assigned
  

To be successful in this role, you ideally have

• 2-3 years experience in general administrative, reception or customer service type role
• Intermediate computer skills (MS Office)
• Excellent communication both verbally and written
• Genuinely like helping people, ensuring positive customer experiences'
• Previous experience managing a high-volume telephone system
• Have a great work ethic, be punctual, and pay attention to detail
• Able to multi-task in a high paced environment
• Enjoy working with a diverse team

Compensation

$17/hr - $19/hr
