About the role

As an Engagement Coordinator, you will serve as an essential figure within our company, responsible for curating and executing various events and initiatives aimed at fostering a positive workplace culture. Working closely with all departments, you will ensure that our initiatives receive the necessary attention and recognition they deserve. Beyond your responsibilities within the office, you will also represent our brand in the Canadian job market, showcasing our values through impactful events and initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, plan, and coordinate events to promote the company activities (project planning, resource allocation, risk management, and budgeting)
  • Identify, research, and analyze current and potential employee engagement initiatives
  • Create reports and presentations summarizing results, progress, and overall success metrics
  • Leverage internal communication channels to ensure employee awareness, understanding, and participation in employer-sponsored initiatives
  • Responsible for miscellaneous duties as needed by the office management
  • Support internal and external communication activities, including All Hands meetings, company-wide memos, internal newsletters and employer branding events.
  • Write, curate, and publish various types of content including emails, articles, videos, and SoMe copies.
  • Support award and conference participation to drive brand awareness and recognition in the Canadian job market.
  • Assist with ESG/CSR initiatives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Outstanding communication and customer service skills
  • Highly social and employee-focused with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to solve issues and make proactive recommendations
  • Flexible with the ability to respond quickly to changing needs and priorities
  • PR or Marketing experience is a plus

The company recruits experts from all over the world in all industries for its clients primarily located outside Quebec, with the support of the company's other offices located outside Quebec with which interaction is constant. Accordingly, knowledge of English is required for this position.

Knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec so incumbents can communicate with their colleagues and suppliers in Quebec as necessary. French-language training will be offered to all incumbents in permanent positions in Quebec who do not have a good knowledge of French.
