As an early-stage company, we're seeking a visionary Head of Creative Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and shape the future of our brand.

As the Head of Creative Marketing, you'll play a pivotal role in building and executing our marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth. You will be in charge of the overall design and execution of advertisements and the creative aspect of marketing initiatives. You'll be responsible for defining our brand identity, crafting impactful messaging, and bringing our brand story to life across various channels.

Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement.
    • Lead a team of creative professionals, including designers, copywriters, and content creators, to develop compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
    • Define and evolve our brand identity, ensuring consistency and authenticity across all touchpoints.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new features and products, ensuring alignment with overall brand strategy.
    • Create and oversee the production of multimedia content, including videos, social media posts, blog articles, and infographics.
    • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Track and report on key performance metrics, including brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates, and use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 7+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on brand management, creative marketing, or related roles.
    • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and growth. Especially for new product launches
    • Strong leadership skills and experience managing cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Excellent creative and storytelling abilities, with a passion for bringing brands to life through compelling narratives and visuals.
    • Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
    • Experience in the gaming or creativity industries
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
