As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and expertise to our valued clients. • Assist customers in selecting the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and budget
• Conduct product presentations and test drives to showcase the features and benefits of our vehicles
• Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals
• Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns or questions
• Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate a smooth and efficient sales process
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers

Requirements

• Previous experience in automotive sales or a similar role
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Self-motivated and driven to succeed
• Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
