The Saskatchewan Roughriders are currently scouting for an enthusiastic, successful, and hard-working professional to join our Corporate Partnerships team.

Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnership & Premium Sales, the Sr. Sales & Partner Relations Executive, will play a significant role in growing one of the Saskatchewan Roughrider Football Club's main revenue streams. This role is responsible for achieving annual sales goals and providing the highest level of customer service to our corporate partners. The successful candidate must enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Where will your talents be focused? (includes but is not limited to)

· Achieve sustainable profit growth by growing our existing Partnerships revenue and securing new Partnership agreements with organizations that align with our Brand.

· Achieve individual and departmental corporate revenue targets & partner satisfaction targets.

· Develop, present, and negotiate innovative sales proposals.

· Effective management of our CRM by tracking all Partner, Fulfillment or Prospecting information daily.

· Work collaboratively with Partners, Community Groups, Suppliers and Agencies to develop and execute successful Partnership Programs with the Club.

· Work cross-functionally with the Club's Marketing, Communication, Retail teams and the SRFC Foundation to establish a detailed service plan that supports and enhances Partner programs and our Club.

· Support our Partnership Success Managers to ensure Club and Partner goals are being met.

· Support Partners to sure they follow our brand guidelines when leveraging our intellectual property in marketing campaigns or programs.

· Manage and support key projects and cross-functional tasks for the Partnerships team, which drive value for the Club as a collective

· Represent our Club with the highest standards of professionalism, integrity, and deliver a world class customer experience.

Requirements

What's needed to be successful in this role?

· You bring energy and confidence to your role, and act with the appropriate urgency to ensure you successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines accordingly.

· Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets in an outbound selling role.

· Experience in sponsorship or sales roles for a minimum of seven (7) years, paired with a completion of secondary education, specializing in Business Administration or equivalent.

· Detail oriented focus, with great time management and core communication skills.

· An affinity for building strong relationships with local, provincial, and national companies.

· Best in class client service experience and presentation skills.

· Ability to produce high-quality work while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

· Outstanding verbal and creative written communications skills, with an eye for detail and a specific understanding of how to write/communicate on various platforms.

· Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to foster and maintain relationships with your customers and teammates.
