As ATB's next Manager of Entrepreneurial Growth, Education Programming, you will help further differentiate ATB in Alberta's entrepreneurial ecosystem. You will be responsible for delivering and growing existing programming, and in collaboration with the larger entrepreneurial growth team, develop new programs and content that meet the educational needs of Alberta's entrepreneurs through all stages of their business journey. The primary focus of the Entrepreneurial Growth team is to establish ATB as THE bank of choice for Alberta businesses, with the programs in this portfolio helping to achieve that goal.

You have an in-depth understanding of the entrepreneurial journey and associated business stages, as well some familiarity with small business operations. You bring experience creating and delivering engaging educational content with a focus on client experience. You are both strategic and analytical, and ensure the programs deliver a positive impact and deepen client relationships with ATB.

  • Manage and deliver existing educational programming such as webinars and on-demand videos/programs for ATB's entrepreneur website
  • Create and align educational programming "content" and messaging with the larger entrepreneurial growth key focus areas
  • Launch a new on-demand, ATB entrepreneur education program; go to market planning and execution
  • Conduct research and gather insights for potential new programs to support Alberta's entrepreneur ecosystem
  • Develop and test new education programs that align with ATB's annual goals and objectives (e.g. for specific industries or types of businesses, stages of client journey)
  • Host and facilitate learning experiences in both digital and in-person settings, up to groups of 15-50 people (e.g. webinars, workshops)
  • Grow network and establish new relationships within the entrepreneur ecosystem and business community - entrepreneurs, content experts, thought leaders, organizations
  • Identify potential educational partnership opportunities and bring ideas to the entrepreneurial growth team

Requirements

  • Strong project management skills, successfully managed multiple programs and projects simultaneously
  • Indirect people management; experience managing small working teams to deliver programs
  • Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout an organization
  • Excellent at networking and establishing valuable relationships with individuals and organizations
  • Relevant experience that lends to creating, building and managing virtual groups and communities
  • Hands-on experience with streaming video software, such as Streamyard and Vimeo
  • Some knowledge of digital marketing and social media to drive promotion, engagement and continued support of programs
  • Experience working with data to generate insights and create program reporting
  • Some UX and UI experience, as well as Hubspot experience, an asset
