Bolloré Logistics is looking to add a full-time Customs Agent to its team in Richmond B.C.! We are looking for a dynamic individual to kick start their career in logistics.
Responsabilities
- Preparation, customs clearance, and classification of air, ocean and ground shipments
- Ensure costs related to the file are indicated on the billing document.
- Ensure delivery of merchandise.
- Comply with the laws and regulations of the different governments and the ISO standards set out by the company.
- Resource person for clients regarding customs procedures.
- Communicate with different stakeholders in an effort to offer superior service.
- Present innovative solutions to clients.
- Comply with Bolloré's established procedures within required time limits, including ISO norms.
- Communicate, without delay, information or problems, to the immediate supervisor.
- Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of relevant post-secondary education or experience.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service to clients.
- Excellent organization skills and be a proactive problem solver.
- Ability to manage own time and priorities workload to meet internal and external expectations.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Good interpersonal and teamworking skills required.
