KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
➢Display great customer service in person and over the phone
➢Answering customer's questions, asking appropriate questions to determine customer's needs, up selling when appropriate
➢Working at the till; handling cash, credit sales
➢Actively demo store products; preparing demo's according to Food Safe standards
➢Filling store shelves, coolers and freezer with products; using the correct rotational system
➢Stocking and re-stocking shelves with the retail products
➢Cleaning the Café and Retail Store at closing and throughout the day
➢Ensuring the garbage and recycling is taken out when full
➢Ensuring the cleanliness of the bathrooms
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, & QUALIFICATION:
➢Able to provide excellent customer service
➢Ability to frequently bend and reach while stocking
➢Flexibility with schedule changes and shift times
➢Able to lift 25 kg
➢Availability 2-5 days per week, and must be available on Sunday's
➢Fully proficient in English
➢Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
➢Able to handle constant change (change in product offering, change in company policies) with a positive attitude
➢Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
➢Customer service experience is an asset
