Position: Stock and Sanitation Associate Reports to: Retail Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Ø Maintain inventory accuracy, and the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse

Ø Complete order picking at a warehouse in a different location

Ø Regularly stock and replenish shelves

Ø Reporting and checking of expiry dates on products

Ø Efficiently receiving deliveries

Ø Processing bread and other special orders for customers

Ø Checking the cleaning schedule via JOLT app

Ø Perform general cleaning (sweeping, mopping, cleaning of washrooms and changing garbage bags whenever full)

Ø Reporting shortages/overages of products on deliveries and in store

Ø Assist customers and store staff with issues and questions regarding products

Requirements

Requirements, Skills, & Qualification:

Ø Provide excellent customer service

Ø Ability to frequently bend, reach, crouch, kneel, sit and stand for long periods of time

Ø Ability to complete repetitive tasks

Ø Flexibility with schedule changes and shift times

Ø Able to lift up to 50lbs

Ø Fully proficient in English

Ø Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

Ø Able to handle constant change (change in product offering, change in company policies) with a positive attitude

Ø Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
