The Coordinator, Partnership Activation, works closely with the Corporate Sales & Partnership team to oversee partnership accounts and manage the delivery of all contractual obligations and assets. This team member is focused on developing strong partner relationships and provides exceptional client service and support.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple corporate accounts and ensure contractual obligations are satisfied in a timely and organized manner. This includes delivery of contractual assets such as: signage (both static and led), CTC (Canadian Tire Centre) Vision, client displays and sampling, social media & digital programs, in-market and in-arena activations & promotions, broadcast assets, game-related activities, special events, game ticket and suite night deliverables.
  • Ability to work efficiently and collaboratively with both internal departments and corporate partners for sponsorship execution.
  • Develop and foster strong partner relationships and deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and deliver individual Customer Care Plans with a focus on unique client needs.
  • Provide support to sales team members with research, brainstorming, pitches, proposal development, planning and account management. Utilize Digideck platform for proposal and presentation building when needed.
  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of campaign summaries, event overviews, asset proposals, reporting, and annual sponsorship reviews at season end.
  • Maintain close communication with our sponsors through weekly/biweekly calls and meetings with clients.
  • With a focus on partner strategy, work with the corporate sales team for revenue growth opportunities within the partnership.
  • Maintain and update all partner communications in Salesforce and Kore inventory management program. Also required to maintain contract status documents.
  • Assist with planning and delivery of contractually committed corporate events.
  • Required to work evenings and weekends, dependent on game schedule, client activation needs, and special events.
  • Work with Finance on a monthly reconciliation of outstanding invoices/PO's, value bank tracking and payments associated with accounts.

Key Qualifications

  • University or College graduate.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, bilingualism (French & English) is an asset.
  • Previous experience working in a Customer Service or Marketing role is an asset.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • A team player with the ability to work well with others.
  • Self-motivated, results oriented.
  • Able to work independently, as well as in a team setting.
  • Strong organizational and customer service skills.
