About the Opportunity

Our platform serves as the central data hub for B2B revenue teams, offering instant insights from customer data. After a successful journey from inception to seven-figure revenue, including participation in Y Combinator and backing from prominent investors like General Catalyst and Madrona, we are expanding our engineering team to meet growing demands and explore new product horizons.

Role Overview

As a key individual contributor, you will collaborate closely with the founders, driving weekly feature releases and contributing to the development of a top-tier B2B product. Here are some of the exciting technical challenges you'll tackle:

• Crafting integrations with third-party data sources (e.g., CRMs, ad networks) to efficiently synchronize millions of records with our databases.
• Designing high-performance SQL queries to extract insights from billions of data rows on demand.
• Developing intricate business logic to facilitate fully customizable reporting, automate insights generation, and implement real-time data accuracy checks throughout the pipeline.
• Occasionally participating in tasks related to platform scaling and infrastructure architecture.

Our backend relies on Node.js and Express, so a strong proficiency in JavaScript is essential.

Requirements

• Solid experience with Node.js and Express.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, with a keen eye for detail and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to build integrations with third-party APIs and handle large-scale data synchronization.
• Strong SQL skills, capable of crafting complex queries for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience in developing scalable backend systems and familiarity with infrastructure architecture concepts.

• Salary Range: $226,800 to $277,200 CAD annually, based on experience and qualifications.
