We are currently looking for a versatile and organized project manager for our Montreal studio for a one-year contract.

 As a project manager you will be required to develop and coordinate ongoing projects, while monitoring logistical aspects with the client.

The project manager will

• Embrace the overarching vision of each project while meticulously attending to the finer points
• Craft comprehensive project timelines and diligently oversee their execution
• Coordinate resource allocation in alignment with production schedules, ensuring optimal efficiency
• Cultivate and maintain trusting relationships with clients, fostering open communication channels
• Spearhead the delivery process, ensuring timely submission of project deliverables to clients
• Equip the team with all necessary resources to meet client expectations and project demands
• Proactively prepare bids for future projects, leveraging insights and experience
• Serve as the primary liaison with freelancers, facilitating seamless collaboration
• Monitor project costs closely, promptly notifying management of any budgetary overruns
• Demonstrate exceptional multitasking abilities, adeptly managing multiple projects simultaneously

Desired Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in project management, preferably in a related field
• Bilingual proficiency, with excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English
• Comprehensive understanding of the creative complexities inherent in marketing tool development
• Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen ability to prioritize tasks and pivot seamlessly in response to evolving needs
• Self-motivated and proactive mindset, consistently seeking innovative solutions to challenges
• Flexibility and willingness to accommodate occasional work outside of standard office hours
• An affinity for the dynamic world of video games is advantageous, though not mandatory
