JOB TASKS

-Handle invoices for services and goods

-Produce weekly payments for group companies

-File invoices and other necessary documents

-Keep track of all payments and expenses

-Check and balance financial records

-Keep historical records

-Answer vendor questions

-Prepare account analyses and monthly reports

-Work on improving payment processes

-Perform any additional duties given

REQUIREMENTS

-2 years of Accounts Payable experience

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

-Ability to work and communicate independently, efficiently, and as a team

-Fluently bilingual (French and English) both written and spoken

-Secondary school diploma

-Ability to take initiative and to multitask

-Strong interpersonal skills
