We are looking for a seasoned Chief Executive Officer based in Vancouver, British Columbia to oversee all operations and business activities. You will be the first in command in the company and responsible for giving the proper strategic direction as well as creating a vision for success.

Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives. This includes conducting comprehensive market research, competitor analysis, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Build strong and lasting trust relations with key partners, stakeholders, and clients. Act as a point of contact for important shareholders, addressing their concerns and providing regular updates on company progress and initiatives.
- Analyze and resolve complex problematic situations and occurrences to ensure company survival and sustainable growth. This involves employing data-driven decision making, leveraging innovative thinking, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Oversee all aspects of operations and business activities to ensure they align with the overall strategy and mission of the company. This includes developing and implementing performance metrics, streamlining processes, and managing resources effectively.
- Regularly review financial and non-financial reports to analyze the company's performance and identify areas for improvement. Propose and implement strategic solutions and initiatives to drive efficiency, profitability, and overall business success.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a CEO or in a similar leadership role, demonstrating the ability to successfully lead and manage a company or organization.
- Experience in developing and executing profitable strategies, leveraging market trends and opportunities to drive business growth and achieve long-term success.
- A strong understanding of corporate finance, including financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, to effectively manage financial resources and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with diverse business functions such as marketing, public relations, finance, operations, and human resources, allowing for effective collaboration and coordination across departments.
- An in-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles and best practices, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements while promoting ethical conduct and transparency.
- A deep understanding of general management best practices, including strategic planning, risk management, talent management, and organizational development.
