- – Support day-to-day HR coordination across multiple client accounts and projects.
- – Assist with recruitment activities, including job postings, scheduling, and communications.
- – Maintain employee records and ensure HRIS data accuracy for reporting and audits.
- Provide guidance and oversight to QC microbiology and environmental monitoring staff.
- Administer the environmental monitoring program throughout the facility.
- Ensure training of microbiology and environmental monitoring programs is up to date.
- – Promote strategic alignment of HR with business goals and objectives.
- – Lead recruitment efforts and develop strategies for employee attraction and retention.
- – Coach leadership on conflict resolution, training, and compliance with HR policies.
