- Coordinate closely with Bell Business Markets, Ateko, and Bell Corporate on joint technology initiatives.
- Build and manage relationships with companies that act as feeder partners: power providers, infrastructure vendors, and technology platforms.
- – Manage a portfolio of 100-150 clients, ensuring retention and expansion goals.
- – Act as a strategic advisor, driving adoption of HR, Payroll, and Benefits solutions.
- – Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and enhance service delivery.
- – Assist faculty and students with equipment loans, ensuring proper operation and care.
- – Set up and operate AV equipment for events, providing on-site technical support.
- – Maintain accurate loan records and track equipment availability for efficient operations.
