NOTE : Applicants must attach a resume to their application.JOB SUMMARY:The incumbent is primarily responsible for developing and implementing engagement and change management plans and strategies for the Network's major projects. They are responsible for facilitating organizational transformation through active collaboration with all internal and external stakeholders and by working closely with all specialists, including project managers, organizational performance consultants, physicians, members of the leadership team, and management staff. The incumbent promotes the enhancement of employees' and other stakeholders' knowledge and skills in relation to changes affecting them, with the goal of supporting the rapid adoption of improvements and fostering a learning organizational culture. They provide comprehensive mentoring and demonstrate leadership skills while developing a personalized approach based on the unique needs of individuals and groups. They design and plan strategic approaches to mobilize stakeholders and facilitate their engagement. Using engaging facilitation approaches, they plan and facilitate consultation sessions aimed at applying all engagement and change management assessment tools. They analyze the results of these assessments to identify strategic actions related to communication, training, coaching and support, resistance management, reinforcement, and leadership plans. The incumbent plays a key role in transforming the organizational culture toward a learning culture. They develop transition plans to address changes resulting from the Network's priority projects. Their guidance aims to mitigate resistance while increasing collective change management capacity. Other related duties associated with the effective functioning of communications and engagement may be assigned.
EXIGENCES:

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in social sciences, business administration, or management;
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience involving progressively increasing responsibilities in consulting, project management, and organizational change management;
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered;
  • Prosci certification is considered an asset;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and other software used within the Network;
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to coach, support, and develop individuals and teams;
  • Leadership, initiative, sound judgment, and decision-making skills;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Physical ability to perform the assigned work;
  • Good work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethical principles, the Network's management philosophy, and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality set by Vitalité Health Network.
