Shift: Monday to Friday, Days

We are currently hiring Forklift Operators for a busy warehouse operation in Hamilton. This is a great opportunity for candidates with previous forklift and material-handling experience who are available to start right away.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a propane-powered Counterbalance forklift safely and efficiently throughout the warehouse.
• Load, unload, transport, and organize products within the facility.
• Utilize an RF scanner to receive inventory and update the warehouse management system.
• Coordinate with delivery drivers, warehouse staff, and other team members regarding shipments.
• Regularly handle and move products weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Pick and pack orders accurately while maintaining productivity and meeting daily shipping targets.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience

• Valid in-house or third-party Counterbalance forklift certification is required.
• 1-2 years of experience operating a Counterbalance forklift or working in a material handler position.
• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse and loading dock environment.
• RF scanner experience, particularly for receiving inventory, is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail with good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to provide a Criminal Record Search.
