What You'll Be Doing

• Load, unload, move, and organize refrigerant cylinders throughout the facility.
• Inspect, clean, label, and prepare cylinders for processing and shipment.
• Assist with shipping, receiving, inventory, and warehouse operations.
• Complete basic computer data entry for inventory and cylinder tracking during the training period.
• Operate pallet jacks and other material handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
• Perform general warehouse and production duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, or production environment.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic and excellent attendance.
• Comfortable performing physical work and lifting up to 50 lbs throughout the shift.
• Basic computer skills for data entry.
• Able to communicate effectively in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Able to wear required PPE, including safety boots, gloves, eye protection, and hearing protection.
• Criminal Record Check required.

Nice to Have

• Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain certification).
