- Coordinate the planning, execution, and wrap‑up of multi‑channel marketing campaigns, including email, social media, direct mail, and member initiatives.
- Prepare marketing briefs and support content development, ensuring materials align with brand standards, objectives, and timelines.
- Manage project plans, schedules, and workflows to deliver multiple marketing initiatives on time and within scope.
- Prepare reports, presentations & briefs.
- Support internal and external partnerships by coordinating communications, tracking deliverables, and assisting with reporting and follow‑up.
- Track and compile basic campaign performance data and assist with reports, presentations, and post‑campaign summaries.
- Execute direct mail campaigns and support inventory management for marketing collateral and promotional items.
- Assist with marketing events, sponsorships, and community initiatives, including logistics coordination and post‑event follow‑up.
- Provide responsive, customer‑focused marketing support to internal teams, members, suppliers, and partners.
- Post‑secondary education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a marketing coordination, campaign support, event coordination, or similar role.
- Strong project coordination and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear briefs, updates, and marketing materials.
- Experience supporting multi‑channel marketing initiatives, including email, social media, direct mail, events, or partnerships.
- Comfortable working with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools, email marketing software, and basic analytics or reporting tools.
