Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Bedford, NS
Pay Rate: $19.00 per hour

The Warehouse Associate will support daily warehouse operations for a company that supplies workwear and safety equipment to businesses across Canada. This role involves loading and unloading product, picking and packing customer orders, organizing stock, and preparing items for shipment.

This position requires someone who is reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift.

Responsibilities:

• Load and unload incoming and outgoing products safely
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
• Organize and replenish warehouse stock
• Palletize and stage products for shipment or storage
• Assist with inventory counts, stock rotation, and general stock management
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow company procedures and workplace safety requirements
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous warehouse, order picking, packing, or shipping experience considered an asset
• Able to lift 50 lbs. or more as required
• Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Able to manage time effectively and stay focused
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
• Positive attitude and able to work as part of a team
• CSA-approved safety footwear required
