As a member of the Strategy and Organizational Development Unit, the successful candidate will be responsible to act as a Super User for the Time & Labour, Absence and Core HR modules in Oracle Fusion, SNB's Enterprise Resource Planning system (ERP). Super Users provide guidance Employees, Line Managers and the People and Culture Team to ensure efficient and accurate data and payroll processing.

The successful candidate will be responsible to:

  • Process and monitor employee data transactions in Oracle Fusion
  • Ensure data integrity through quality assurance and validation checks
  • Support and advise system users on procedures and best practices
  • Produce and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly reports
  • Assist with resolving data and time-related issues in Fusion
  • Manage, assign and respond to enquiries through a Client Service Center ticket escalation system
  • Act as the Subject Matter Expert within the People and Culture team
  • Support the organization in future deployment waves and enhancements
  • Other tasks as assigned

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High school diploma or successful completion of GED, supplemented by graduation from a one (1) year post-secondary program in a related field.

  • A minimum of four (4) years of related experience

  • Proficient knowledge and experience in the use of Microsoft Office Suite software (Word, Excel, Outlook).

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.

ASSET QUALIFICATIONS: Preference may be given to candidates that demonstrate:

  • Experience in Accounting and/or Payroll.
  • Experience using an ERP System (i.e Oracle Fusion or other)

OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The following operational requirement(s) is also required:

Salary: $2,063– $2,452 biweekly – Administrative Services Level 4 - Administrative Assistants, Clerical and Regulatory, Office, Data Processing and Duplicating Equipment Operation

The wage scales shown reflect the newly signed NBU Collective Agreement. During the implementation period, new hires may temporarily be placed on the wage scale in effect prior to the new collective agreement.
