Sales & Marketing Coordinator

This position is:

On-site - working all 5 days per week in the Office

Reporting To: Manager Partner & Maritimes Sales

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of consumer sales and regional marketing initiatives through administrative coordination, event support, marketing material management, sales reporting, and data administration. This role is responsible for ensuring consumer sales teams have the tools, resources, and information needed to drive business growth. The successful candidate will combine strong organizational skills with analytical capabilities to support both day-to-day operations and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

Event & Home Show Coordination

  • Assist in the planning, organization, and execution of regional home shows, community events, and sales events.
  • Attend events and home shows as a representative of Eastlink.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including booth setup, materials, staffing schedules, registrations, and post-event follow-up.
  • Ensure sales teams have the required marketing materials and support to maximize event effectiveness.
  • Track event performance, team feedback, and sales breakage.

Sales Analysis & Reporting

  • Collect, analyze, and report on sales performance data across the region.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and dashboards utilizing internal reporting systems.
  • Monitor channel metrics and targets, and identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support territory analysis and sales performance evaluations.
  • Provide actionable insights to assist sales decision-making.

Data Management

  • Create and maintain reporting tools and databases to support sales and marketing activities.
  • Generate reports and analytics to support business planning and performance measurement.
  • Contribute ideas to improve sales processes.

Marketing & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate and administer regional marketing activities.
  • Order, track, and distribute marketing materials, promotional items, signage, and sales collateral to regional sales teams.
  • Maintain inventory of marketing assets and ensure materials are current and available.
  • Coordinate vendor relationships related to promotional products, print materials, and event resources.
  • Work in partnership with National Marketing on marketing calendars and coordinate project timelines.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present data.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong customer service mindset and professional demeanor.

Working Conditions:

  • Primarily office-based with occasional travel within the region.
  • Participation in evening and weekend events, and home shows as required.
  • Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation may be required.

  • Timely and accurate delivery of marketing materials and sales support resources.
  • Successful coordination and execution of regional events and home shows.
  • Accuracy and integrity of sales and customer data.
  • Quality and timeliness of sales reporting and analysis.
