In addition to HR, this position may be assigned other portfolios.

The ideal candidate brings extensive credentials as a senior administrator, strategist, and policy developer, with a track record of leading HR strategy for a diverse workforce. They demonstrate an excellent understanding of labour relations and relevant labour regulations, along with a thorough grasp of current HR practices spanning workforce planning, talent acquisition, retention, talent management, professional development, and labour market analysis.
