Are you an SDR, BDR, or early-career sales professional ready for the next step? We're looking for an Account Executive who's eager to own a full-cycle sales role - closing deals, managing customer relationships, and driving long-term account growth.

You'll hit the ground running with an existing portfolio of small and medium-sized businesses, earning commission from day one. From there, you'll grow your book through inbound opportunities and outbound prospecting, while partnering with our Senior Account Executive on larger, more strategic deals.

In This Role, You Will

  • Serve as the first point of contact for inbound sales inquiries, qualifying opportunities, understanding each customer's hiring needs, and closing small and medium-sized deals independently.
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of SMB customers, building relationships that retain and expand accounts.
  • Prospect for new business through calls, email, LinkedIn, and outreach campaigns.
  • Maintain an organized sales pipeline and up-to-date CRM while hitting individual sales and activity goals.
  • Partner with the Senior Account Executive on strategic opportunities, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to deliver a great customer experience.

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 1 to 3 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar sales role and is excited to take the next step into an Account Executive position.
  • Builds trust naturally and asks thoughtful questions before recommending solutions.
  • Takes ownership, follows through, and is comfortable generating opportunities through outbound outreach.
  • Is coachable, curious, and motivated by continuous improvement, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset, but not required.
