Shift: Monday - Friday (6:00 am - 3:00 pm)

Job Overview

In this role, the ideal candidate is responsible for preparing and serving fresh, high-quality meals in a fast-paced cafeteria environment. The role includes preparing food according to recipes and menus, maintaining food safety and sanitation standards, monitoring inventory, and keeping the kitchen clean and organized

Responsibilities May IncludeBut Not Limited To:

• Prepare food in large quantities, following set menus and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation
• Inspect all ingredients to confirm they meet high-quality standards, checking for freshness and suitability
• Regularly check and maintain kitchen equipment to ensure all tools and appliances are functioning properly, reporting any issues as needed
• Thoroughly clean the kitchen and workstations after each meal preparation, ensuring all areas are sanitized and organized for the next shift
