Title : Administrative Assistant

Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary Assignment
Location: Saint Laurent Qc

We are seeking a reliable and adaptable bilingual (English/French) Administrative Assistant to provide coverage for various office positions during employee vacation periods. The successful candidate will receive training on company systems and procedures and will support a variety of administrative functions, including answering phones, responding to emails, and performing data entry and verification tasks. While the role does not involve complex administrative responsibilities, candidates must be attentive during training, able to follow instructions, pay close attention to detail, and be comfortable learning new tasks. We are looking for someone who is dependable, flexible, and willing to support different areas of the office as business needs change.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional manner
  • Monitor and respond to emails
  • Process and verify invoices and related documentation
  • Perform data entry and ensure information is accurate and up to date
  • Follow established procedures and internal processes
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as required
  • Assist with general office duties and other administrative tasks during staff absences

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative, clerical, or office experience is considered an asset
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to learn new systems and procedures quickly
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient with computers and standard office software
  • Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
