Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator

Location: Vaughan, ON (Hwy 50)

Shift/Hours: Monday to Friday

• DAYS: 7 am - 3 pm
• AFTERNOON: 5 pm - 1:30 am
• NIGHTS: 12 am - 7 am

Pay Rate: $20.00/hr. + shift premium for nights

We have an immediate opening for a Counterbalance Operator with one of our transportation clients located in Vaughan (Hwy 50 area). Our customer, a leader in transportation and warehousing, is seeking a motivated and reliable individual to support their cross-dock operations. This role will involve safely loading and offloading trailers, operating equipment, and assisting with general warehouse duties in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Job Duties:

• Safely operate Counterbalance at a steady pace
• Ability to load, offload trailers, and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse
• Assist within the warehouse as required
• Operate propane counterbalance

Job Requirements:

• 2 years of counterbalance experience
• Experience within a cross-dock facility is an asset
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Basic knowledge of WMS
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Willing to work scheduled shifts
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow
