Job Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Cross Dock
Location: Concord, ON
Shift/Hours:Monday to Friday

Straight Shifts: 1 am - 930 am OR 430 pm - 1 am

Pay Rate: $21.53/hr.

We are currently seeking experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operators for our client, a well-established leader in the transportation and warehousing industry. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced, safety-focused operation where you'll play a key role in the efficient movement of freight and day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has experience operating a counterbalance forklift in a steady cross-dock environment, is committed to workplace safety, and takes pride in maintaining accuracy, productivity, and teamwork.

Job Duties:

• Safety operates Counterbalance at a steady pace
• Load, offload trailers and place skids in the proper area of the warehouse
• Cube pallets (measuring, calculating, or utilizing the 3-dimensional volume (Length × Width × Height)
• Assist within the warehouse as required

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year counterbalance experience
• Cross dock experience is preferred
• Basic knowledge of WMS
• Use of RF Scanner
• Willing and able to pass a criminal background check
• Must have reliable transportation as the company due to shift timing
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow.
