  • Work with the Board of Directors to support policy development, and good governance.
  • Supervise and support staff, including hiring, orientation, training, payroll coordination, setting clear expectations, addressing issues, and building a respectful, accountable team culture.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with community partners, funders, service providers, government, volunteers, and local organizations.
  • Support programs and services that respond to community needs and reflect the Hub's mission.
  • Strengthen internal systems for communication, documentation, scheduling, project tracking, and reporting.
  • Represent the Hub in a professional and positive way in the community.

  • Community partner engagement
  • Planning, problem-solving, and organizational growth
  • Clear communication, organization, and follow-through
  • Experience in mental health, wellness, social services, community development, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be comfortable driving in winter conditions to help ensure the Hub remains open and accessible when safe to do so
  • Must be dependable and available to work weekdays, with occasional evening and weekend hours as needed.

Qualifications

  • A combination of education and experience in nonprofit leadership, community development, social services, public administration, or a related field will be considered.
  • Seeking a senior nonprofit or business leader with at least 3 years of management experience.
  • The successful candidate will be practical, organized, respectful, and able to balance big-picture leadership with hands-on follow-through.
