JOB SUMMARY:
This incumbent provides technical and administrative support for all activities related to human resources management. They play an essential role in handling requests from staff, managers, internal and external clients, and partner agencies. They are responsible for the preparation, follow-up and updating of various files, which are often complex and confidential.
Working closely with local and regional teams, the incumbent supports HR business partners, talent acquisition and HR operations, particularly in the staffing process and the integration of new employees. They use a variety of specialized computer applications, requiring a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
As an integral part of the regional HR operations team, this person also performs a variety of related tasks and provides direct support to regional HR management and leadership.
REQUIREMENTS:
- College diploma in office automation, administration or human resources;
- Minimum of two years' relevant experience;
- Any combination of training and experience deemed relevant and equivalent may be considered;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and other software applications used within the Network;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Above-average writing skills and ability to take meeting notes and draft minutes;
- Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities around tight deadlines;
- Ability to carry out high-quality work efficiently despite frequent interruptions;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
- Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
- Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
