JOB SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Assistant Director of IT Operations, Telecommunications and Cybersecurity, the incumbent is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, integration, evolution and support of cybersecurity services. They must develop a good understanding of the information systems and their environment.
In performing their duties, the junior analyst will need to communicate effectively and collaborate closely with all IT departments (SNB), users and suppliers, to respond efficiently to needs.
Depending on organizational needs, the successful candidate also helps support IT solutions and initiatives, to ensure that the required quality standards are maintained.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Degree in cybersecurity, computer science or a related discipline;
- Recognized certification in the field of cybersecurity and/or project management considered an asset;
- Any other combination of relevant training and experience deemed equivalent;
- Technical knowledge of systems, processes, data and functions;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365;
- Knowledge of health network systems considered an asset;
- Knowledge of concepts related to information systems and their environment;
- Ability to understand the needs of users and their impact on the IT environment;
- Skills in analyzing and researching creative and strategic solutions;
- Communication and problem-solving skills;
- Proven ability to simplify technical information and adapt it for the target audience;
- Tolerance for ambiguity;
- Detail oriented;
- Ability to adapt and manage several projects at once;
- Ability to manage organizational change;
- Initiative and leadership skills;
- Ability to work independently and as a team member;
- Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
- Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
