SCHEDULE: Day, 8 and 12-hour shifts. Work schedule may be changed to meet operational needs.

JOB SUMMARY:

The incumbent is responsible for the development and implementation of leadership and competency development initiatives aligned with the organization's strategic priorities. They analyze training needs, establish priorities, and serve as a resource person and advisor to managers on leadership and organizational development matters.

They participate in the planning, design, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of training and orientation programs while ensuring that content remains current and relevant. They also contribute to the optimization of learning and development activities through the integration of appropriate technological and logistical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor of Education or bachelor's degree in management along with a certificate in adult education;
  • Variety of experience in an adult education environment;
  • Experience in educational design;
  • A combination of training and experience deemed equivalent could be considered;
  • Management experience would be an asset;
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 suite and other software applications used within the Network;
  • Good knowledge of educational technologies;
  • Ability to coordinate distance education projects;
  • Ability to develop, deliver, and evaluate training programs;
  • Excellent ability to communicate and to facilitate training sessions;
  • Strong interest in expanding their knowledge;
  • Ability to manage multiple files effectively;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Physical ability to perform assigned duties;
  • Good previous work history (performance and attendance);
  • Adherence to professional ethics principles, to the Network management philosophy and organizational values;
  • Compliance with the rules of confidentiality established by the Vitalité Health Network.
