Job Summary
The Regional Medicine Program is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Manager of Dialysis and Allied Health to provide operational and clinical leadership for CGH dialysis and allied health services within the Eastern Rural Zone. Reporting to the Regional Director, the Manager is responsible for the effective planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of patient care and support services to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care.
The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations, quality of care, staffing, fiscal accountability, and resource utilization within assigned programs and services. Working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and community partners, the Manager supports continuous quality improvement initiatives, risk management, and service excellence while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and standards.
The position operates within the NL Health Services Leadership Framework and is accountable for leading self and others, achieving operational results, fostering collaborative relationships, and supporting system transformation initiatives. Responsibilities include staff development and performance management, effective communication, workplace health and safety, quality improvement, and stewardship of financial and human resources. The Manager also participates in clinical and operational on-call coverage as required.

Job Qualifications
Completion of a Bachelor's Degree in a Health-related discipline is required.
Completion of a Master's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of five (5) years in the last seven (7) progressive leadership/management experience in acute care and/or allied health service is required.
Considerable experience with inter-professional models of care is required.
Considerable knowledge of dialysis and disciplines within the Allied Health Services area
High level of interpersonal, negation and networking skills in order to establish and maintain positive relationships with patient/residents/clients and families, staff at all levels of the organization and with all external stakeholders.
Ability to manage change through monitoring and leading staff and demonstrating commitment to NL Health Services mission, values and policies.
Active licensure with an applicable professional association is required.
A valid Newfoundland and Labrador Class 5 Driver's License and the use of a private vehicle are conditions of employment.
A satisfactory record of work performance and attendance is required.
