Shipping and Receiving Clerk

An industry leader, MFC Training operates teaching facilities in both Fredericton and Moncton, New Brunswick and has recently expanded into London, Ontario. In training the world's newest flight crews, it is essential to ensure the highest level of safety and quality in maintaining the College's fleet of aircraft.

MFC Training is currently seeking a full-time permanent Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team in Moncton, NB.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Data entry into company's maintenance tracking system.
• Shipping/Receiving.
• Issuing parts.
• Maintain inventory stock levels.
• Contacting vendors.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills; experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel are essential
• Strong attention to detail, ability to meet regular deadlines and effective time management is required
• Exceptional organizational skills
• An ability to work both independently and in a team environment
• Previous inventory and related work experience preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours and shift work.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts and adapt to fluctuations in shift times due to operational and/or unforeseen situations
