What you will do:
Reporting to the Finance Lead, the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
- Verifying, preparing, and distributing daily deposits, and cash floats and report the status and discrepancies to the manager
- Preparing and distributing daily revenue reports
- Balancing and reporting petty cash and gratuities
- Ensuring shuttle token machine is full and operational
- Producing monthly financial reports
- Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the Finance Manager
Who you are:
You are approachable, helpful and enjoy making heartfelt person to person connections while striving to exceed our guest's expectations. You are familiar with general accounting procedures.
Due to the sensitive nature of the agency business information, confidentiality must be always maintained. You have experience supporting monetary transactions and can work productively and accurately with limited supervision and ability to meet deadlines. You are knowledgeable in working with Excel and other Microsoft Software.
Your attitude, skills and interests are just as important as your area of study. We are looking for diverse backgrounds that bring a combination of the following:
Required Competencies:
- Completion of grade twelve (12)
- Minimum of one (1) year of related experience
- An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be considered.
Written and spoken competence in English and spoken competence in French is required. Please state your language capability.
Applicants must clearly demonstrate the essential qualifications to be given further consideration. Please ensure that preferred language for assessment is identified on your resume.
Nice to have:
- Possession of a valid Emergency First Aid/CPR certificate
- Experience in the retail industry and/or the tourism industry

Wage:
Administrative Services Level 2: $1,419.00 to $1,700.00 bi-weekly
Work environment:
- Office location: Hopewell Rocks Provincial Park
- Working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Working in an office environment sitting at a desk for extended periods of time
