Title: Counterbalance Forklift Operator - Warehouse Associate

Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Schedule: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday
Location: Sainte-Thérèse, QC

We are currently seeking an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Operator with at least two years of warehouse and transportation experience for our client. You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks while ensuring the warehouse remains organized and products are properly stored.

Responsibilities:

• Arrive promptly 15 minutes before the shift wearing clean clothing that meets safety requirements (e.g., high-visibility outerwear, steel-toe boots).
• Perform daily inspections and assist shipping/receiving staff as needed.
• Maintain general knowledge of product locations within the warehouse.
• Ensure accurate loading of delivery trucks and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Unload delivery trucks and restock warehouse inventory.
• Keep work areas clean and maintain overall warehouse cleanliness, including freight sorting.
• Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements:

• Valid forklift certification with 2+ years of experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• A criminal background check may be required during onboarding.
• Motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with the ability to work effectively with little or no supervision.
• Steel-toe boots are required for safety.
