Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Location: Saint John, New Brunswick

Shift: 9:00am - 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr - $22.00/hr

Job Information:

We're looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team! The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide outstanding service while working independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
• Process orders, invoices, and customer requests accurately.
• Maintain detailed and organized customer records.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform general administrative and office support duties as required.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work as a team and/or independently.
• Responsible, professional, punctual, and reliable.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
• Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Strict adherence to company policies and confidentiality practices.
