Location: Uptown - Saint John, NB
Shift/Hours: Full Time - 8:00am to 4:30pm
Pay Rate: $ 19 .00 - $21.00/Hour

Advantage Personnel is seeking dedicated and experienced Painters to join our customers growing team. This role requires a high level of skill and attention to detail.

As a n Industrial Painter with our customer, you will be responsible for paint, stains, and coatings to both interior and exterior surfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
• Clean, sand, and prime surfaces as needed to ensure proper paint adhesion.
• Ensure tools, supplies, and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
• Touch up areas to ensure consistency and perfection.
• Ensure the proper handling of tools, equipment, and materials, and wear protective gear when necessary.
• Work with other painters and team members to complete projects on time and within budg et.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 year of experience as a professional Industrial Painter.
• Knowledge of residential painting techniques, surface preparation methods, and the use of different paint types and coatings.
• High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-quality work
• Ability to stand for long periods, work at heights (e.g., ladders, scaffolding), and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation to and from job sites. A valid driver's license is preferred.
